Vialog Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Yasin Beyazlı (“we”), the developer of Vialog. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you got Vialog from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies; where the two differ on your rights against Apple, Apple’s terms prevail.
1. Not medical advice
Vialog is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not tell you which dose to take.
- Always follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist. Do not start, stop or change a medication or dose based on the app.
- Estimated medication levels, the mixing calculator, syringe units, dose plans from product labels and similar figures are estimates based on published data and the values you enter. They can be wrong for you and must not replace professional guidance.
- Reminders depend on your phone’s settings and may not always be delivered. Do not rely on the app alone for time-critical medication.
- If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
2. Medications listed in the app
The app includes a reference list of medications and peptides. Some of them are not approved by the U.S. FDA or other regulators; the app labels their status. Listing a substance is not an endorsement, a recommendation or an offer to sell. Vialog does not sell, source or link to any medication.
Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Rybelsus®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Saxenda®, Victoza®, Trulicity® and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. Vialog is not affiliated with or endorsed by them; the names are used only to identify products.
3. Your data
Your records are stored on your device. You are responsible for your device and for any backups you export. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Vialog Premium
Some features (such as estimated medication levels, more than one medication, the mixing calculator and vial stock) require a Vialog Premium subscription.
- Plans: yearly, with a free trial where offered, and monthly. Prices are shown in the app and the store before you buy and may vary by country.
- Payment: charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trial: if you cancel during a trial, you are not charged. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Managing and cancelling: in your account’s subscription settings (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Restoring: use “Restore” on the paywall to restore a purchase on a new device with the same store account.
5. License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Vialog on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or that calculations will be accurate for your situation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any harm resulting from medical decisions made using the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms. If the terms change significantly, we will update the date above and tell you in the app; continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms. You can stop using Vialog at any time by deleting it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
9. Contact
Minti is listed as Vialog on the App Store and Google Play; this page applies to both names.
